The Verdejo variety and the unique qualities of our terroir distinguish our wine from most other varietal wines bearing the Rueda Appelation of Origin. The sandy soil here, allows excellentdrainage, the notable differences in temperature between night and day, long winters with late frosts that combine with hot and dry summers... All in all, an ideal place to grow Verdejo grapes with the perfect balance of sugar and acidity, which is fundamental for a good wine.
